Team and permissions
Not everyone in your studio sees and does the same thing. There are different access levels, designed so each person has what they need without seeing too much. That way you can add to your team with peace of mind.
The access levels
- Owner: administers the entire studio. Configures locations, plans, hours and billing details; adds and manages staff and members; sees all reports and the cash flow view; and manages the platform subscription.
- Staff: runs the day-to-day. Records entries, charges and approves member payments, manages and invites members, imports/exports the roster, and records income and expenses in the cash flow view. Cannot add other staff, create locations, change the studio's configuration or handle the platform subscription. Their dashboard view is more limited (for example, they don't see the monthly income or the whole studio's pending payments).
- Member: sees and manages their own things (their membership, their payments, their attendance, their notices).
There's also a platform administration level (the Pulso Flow operator), which is not part of your studio: they're the one who approves the receipts of your platform subscription. It's not a role you use to administer your studio.
Inviting people to your studio
You invite by entering the person's email: they receive an invitation to create their access, and from then on they operate according to their level's permissions. Who can invite whom:
- The owner can invite members, staff and also another owner (useful if the studio has more than one holder).
- Staff can only invite members.
Per-location access
If you have several locations, you can limit each staff member to their locations. That way, for example, one location's reception only sees the members and information of that location, and not the others.
- If you don't assign specific locations to a staff member, they see all the studio's locations.
- If you assign them one or more locations, they see only those.
- The owner can change this assignment whenever they want.
